Mrs. Esther Mosher There passed away early Wednesday morning, August 11th., at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Wallace Corkum, Feltzen South, Mrs. Esther Mosher, widow of William Mosher, at the age of 64 years. She had been in failing health for the past three years with a heart ailment. Before her marriage she was Esther Corkum, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Corkum, Feltzen South. She is survived by two daughters, Phoebe (Mrs. James Meisner), of Lunenburg; Amy (Mrs. Wallace Corkum), of Feltzen South; one son, Titus, also of Feltzen South; one brother, Elam Corkum; two sisters, Eva (Mrs. Norman Corkum), Maggie , widow of Eben Creaser. Eight grandchildren also survive. Her husband predeceased her nine years ago. Three brothers, Samuel, Hilbert, and Albert, predeceased her several years ago. Funeral services were held from the home of her daughter on Thursday afternoon at 2:30, and were conducted by her pastor, Rev. W. J. Goos. She was a faithful member of the Lutheran Chruch. Rev. Goos took as his text Psalm 90, verse 12: "So teach us to number our days that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom." Hymns sung were "Abide With Me," "I Will Sing of my Redeemer," and "Rock of Ages." Pall-bearers were nephews of the deceased, Melvin Mosher, Milton Creaser, Carl Corkum, Emmerson Corkum, Malcolm Corkum, and Walter Corkum.
