    3. Mrs. Leta A. Mosher 1971 Bridgewater Bulletin Mrs. Leta A. Mosher, wife of Annis, New Germany, died at her home January 14th., 1971. She passed peacefully away in her sleep after a period of ill health. Born at Pleasant River, Queens County, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Sadie (Silver) Waterman. Surviving beside her husband are two daughters, Audrey (Mrs. Robert Veinot), Kathleen (Mrs. Reginald Trethewey), two sons, Kendall and Carl, all of New Germany; four sisters, Gladys (Mrs. Henry Frail), Caledonia; Ethel (Mrs. Lewis Morrison), Annapolis Royal; Ruth (Mrs. James Laughery), Springfield, Mass.; Jean (Mrs. Victor Fairn), Dartmouth; one brother, Fred, Caledonia; and one half-brother, Douglas, Dartmouth; eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two grandchildren. Funeral service was conducted from Epworth United Church, New Germany, by Rev. James Crooks. Psalm 121 was read with selected verses from John 14 and 2nd. Corinthians, Chapter 4, verses 8 to 18, followed by a short meditation. Interment was in the family plot in the United Church Cemetery, New Germany. Pall bearers were Atwood and Carmon Meisner, Kerry Veinot, George Leary, George Feindel, and Elmer Jefferson.
