Annis Clayton Mosher 1991 Halifax Chronicle Herald Handwritten date: February 2, 1991. Annis Clayton Mosher, 93, New Germany, died Saturday in Hillside Pines Nursing Home, Bridgewater. Born at New Elm, he was a son of the late James and Hannah (Fancy) Mosher. He was a farmer and a pulp mill worker. He was a veteran of the First World War. He was a member of Royal Canadian Legion , Branch 102, New Germany, for 44 years, and a member of Epworth United Church. He is survived by two daughters, Audrey (Mrs. Robert Veinot), Kathleen (Mrs. Reginald Trethewey), both of New Germany; two sons, Kendall, Aylesford; Carl, New Germany; a sister, Bessie Ettinger, Worcester, Mass.; 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Leta Waterman; eight sisters, Melda, Sadie, Ella, Hilda, Matilda, Merna, Estella, Mabel; two brothers, Willard, Pearl. The body is in Langille's Funeral Home. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday in Epworth United Church, New Germany, Rev. Grant Walls officiating. Burial will be in Epworth Cemetery.
