Roy Angus Byers 1985 Roy Angus Byers, 82, passed away February 25, 1985, in Surrey, British Columbia. He was born in Lunenburg County. In his early years he moved to Surrey where he lived until his death. Surviving are his wife, Hazel; son, Richard; and daughter, Gloria, all of British Columbia. He was predeceased by his parents, Napean and Phoebe Byers; brothers, Fred and Cecil of Lunenburg; also predeceased by his first wife, the former Marguerite Allen, Corkum's Island. Funeral service was held Thursday, February 28, 1985, in the Chapel of Valley View Funeral Home, Surrey, officiated by Rev. Baird. Interment in Valley View Memorial Gardens.
