Julia MacKay 2004 Halifax Chronicle Herald Julia Blanche MacKay, 97, Oceanview Manor, Eastern Passage, passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2004, in the manor. Born at Portland, Maine, on October 13, 1906, she was a daughter of the late Joseph E. Kelly and Adelia Blanche (Veinot) Kelly. Surviving are children, Peter (Vivian); Delia (Leigh) Langille; Sandra; Emereth"Junior"; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and three great great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Emereth Porter; grandson, Gary Wayne Langille; great-granddaughter, Kendra Dawn Lauren Bezanson. She dedicated her body to medical science. There will be a memorial service at a later date. Donations may be made to a charity of choice.
