Ronald Linwood Foley 2000 Halifax Chronicle Herald Published: Saturday, February 19, 2000. >From the collection of Gwen Christie Ronald Linwood Foley, 78, Bridgewater, died February 18, 2000, in the VG Sire, QEII, Halifax. Born at Bridgewater, he was a son of the late Carl and Viola (Woodworth) Foley. He operated Foley Woodworkers, Bridgewater, manufacturing wishing wells, wheelbarrows, and lawn chairs. He was a horseman and avid gardener. Surviving are daughters, Frances (Mrs. Jules) Dufour Halifax; Susan Fancy, Bridgewater; Brenda Foley and Tony Zitto, Blockhouse; Lynda (Mrs. Jay Willyard), Bridgewater; brother, Gordon, Rhodes Corner; sisters, Margaret Redden, Kingston; Marion Marlin, Pauline Levy, both of Bridgewater; Audrey (Mrs. Harold Cross), Oakhill; 10 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Marguerite Wile; sons, Brian and Greg; daughter, Marilyn; brother, Norman, in infancy. Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday in R.A. Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville. Funeral service 11 a.m. Tuesday in All Saints Lutheran Church, Newcombville, Rev. Willis Ott officiating. Burial in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater.
