OBIT # 5444 - EVENING NEWS , NEW GLASGOW, NS-SATURDAY 2 JULY 1983 MYRTLE (Kay) A. O'LANEY, 56, died Friday in Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in O'Leary,P.E.I., she was a daughter of JAMES and the late AGNUS (Landry) Gomn. Surviving are eight sons, JOSEPH, West Branch; JOHN, GRANT, PAUL, CHRIS, and GEORGE, all of River John; STEVEN, Ont., and BERNARD, Thorburn; six daughters, PATRICIA (Mrs. Robert Megeney), Dartmouth; MRS. SHEILA JOUDREY, HEATHER and CAROL, all of River John;JEANNIE(Mrs. James MacDonald), Belleville, Ont.;and CHERRY(Mrs. Robert Adamson), Kentville; sisters, MARGARET, CHICK, ELLA, EMMA, EDA, and MARY; five brothers, ART, FRANK, VICTOR, JOHNNIE, and RAY; and 18 grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, GEORGE, and six sisters and brothers. The remians are resting at MacLeod's funeral Home, River John. Interment will be in Cape John cemetery.
