    3. UNKNOWN PAPER - JULY 1958 MRS. MACNUTT - The death occurred at her home at Tatamagouche Mountain early on Tuesday morning, July 22. Mrs. MacNUTT was 74 years of age and was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George MacLANDERS of Brule. Mrs. MacNUTT was a very capable school teacher in her early life, again taking up the profession after her family were grown. She had completed the past school term which made her eligible for a teacher's pension. She was well known and very highly respected in Many parts of the province. She is survived by one daughter, Minnie, Mrs. Lloyd BLAIR, of California; two sons, Earle, at home, and George, of Hamilton, Ont.; also several grandchildren. Her husband, one daughter, Mabel, and two sons, Alonzo and Bill, predeceased her. She is also survived by five sisters and three brothers: Minnie, Mrs. D.H. BOWIE, of Nanton, Alberta; Marion, Mrs. William GALLAGHER, Gull Lake, Sask.; Isabel, Sask.; Mrs. Ruth FULLER, in the U.S.A.; George and Angus MacLANDERS, in British Columbia, and Arthur MacLANDERS of Brule. The funeral was held on Thursday afternoon, July 24, at 2 p.m. from Tatamagouche Mountain Church with Rev. Mr. DECKER officiating. The large crowd assembled and the many beautiful floral offerings bore silent testimony of love and esteem towards one who will be greatly missed in the community. Hymns sung were, "The Lord's My Shepherd", "Sweetly Resting" and "Peace, Perfect Peace". Pall bearers were Carl MacLANDERS, Kenzie MacLANDERS, Don MacLANDERS, Billy MacLANDERS, Sterling MacNUTT, and D.R. BELL. Interment was at Tatamagouche Mountain cemetery.
