Ida Marion Hupman 2000 Halifax Chronicle Herald Published: Thursday, February 17, 2000. >From the collection of Gwen Christie Ida Marion Hupman, 84, Lockeport, died February 16, 2000, in the Roseway Hospital, Sandy Point. Born November 1, 1915 in Amherst, she was a daughter of the late William S. and Charlotte (Vincent) Langille. Surviving are her son, Bill Williams and wife Christina, Allendale; brother, Bill Langille, Lockeport; sisters, Ruby Townsend, Osborne; Ruth Blades, Lockeport; grandson, John Williams and wife Tracy, Fort Worth, Texas; stepgrandson, Borden and wife Sharon and their children, Burgundee and Kyle, Shelburne; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, William Albert Williams Sr.; her second husband, Carlos Eugene Hupman; sisters, Edith Lewis, Dorothy Hupman, Margenie Townsend, and Harriett in infancy. No visitation by request. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Andrew's United Church, Lockeport, Rev. Robert Shaw officiating. Burial in Osborne Cemetery. Family flowers only.
