Morley E. Kaulback 1983 Halifax Chronicle Herald Handwritten date: August 29, 1983. Morley Elmer Kaulback, 92, of Maplewood died Sunday in Dawson Memorial Hospital. Born at Maplewood, he was a son of the late Zachariah and Hannah (Wentzell) Kaulback. He was a veteran of the First World War. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch # 102, New Germany. He is survived by a son, Irving Cook, Maplewood; a sister, Goldie Wentzell, Sandford, Maine; three brothers, Laurie and Frank, both of Rumford, Maine; Ormand, Middleton; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Edith Murtland; a son, Ronald; two infant sons; a sister, Susie; three brothers, Willis, Theodore, and Lloyd. The body is in Langille's Funeral Home, New Germany. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Emmanuel Baptist Church, Parkdale, Rev. John Kaulback officiating, with burial in the church cemetery. Donations may be made to the cemetery fund.
