Lutheran LeRoy Robar 1994 Bridgewater Bulletin Luther L. Robar, 44, of New Germany, passed away March 1, 1994, as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Born at North River, he was the son of the late Edwin J. Robar and the late Amy L. (Daniels) Robar. He is survived by his wife, the former Lucille Zinck; one son, Neil, at home; five sisters, Judith (Mrs. Paul Robar); Marion (Mrs. William Daniels), Lila Sproule, all of North River; Joan (Mrs. Guy Sproule), Lake Pleasnt; Monica (Mrs. Charles Zinck), Chicago; four brothers, Vincent, Bernard, both of North River; Delbert, Hastings; Nelson, Conquerall Bank and many nieces and nephews. He was employed with Bowater Mersey Paper Company Limited. One of his best known qualities was the laughter and smiles he brought to his co-workers, family, and friends. He was a very kind, loving , and devoted husband and dad. To all who worked and knew Luther, he will be sadly missed. The body rested at New Germany Funeral Home, New Germany. Funeral service was held Friday, March 4, 1994, at 2:00 p.m. in the New Germany Funeral Home, New Germany, with Rev. Robert Robb officiating. Hymns played were "Amazing Grace" and " How Grreat Thou Art." Cremation followed the service. The ashes were later brought home.
