Mrs. Roxie B. Inman Mrs. Roxie B. Inman, 62, died Thursday, June 22, at the Maine Medical Center, Portland, following a long illness. She had been a patient since June 3. Mrs. Inman was born at Maplewood, Nova Scotia, September 16, 1904, the daughter of Angus and Elmira Baker. She attended schools in Nova Scotia and went to the United States at the age of 18. On April 19 ,1924, she was married to Walter Inman at Bethel. They went to West Paris 41 years ago. Mrs. Inman was a member of the Universalist Church, the Eleanor B. Forbes Class and the Goodwill Society, all of West Paris. She was a member of the Stephens Memorial Hospital uxiliary. Mrs. Inman had been a correspondent of The Lewiston Daily Sun about 15 years and for The Bethel Citizen for many years. Surviving are her husband of West Paris; three sons, Vernon and Milford, both of West Paris; and Byron of Oxford; and eleven grandchildren; five sisters, Mrs. Lena Pearson, Amebury, Mass.; Mrs. Flora Gould, Beverly, Mass.; Mrs. Millie Wentzell, Gorham, N.H.; Mrs. Ella Whitney, Oxfordd; and Mrs. Winifred Watson, West Paris; also a brother, Gilbert Baker, Saint John; and a 106 year old aunt, Mrs. Alice Weldon, Lawrence, Mass.
