Stannage Lyle Veinotte 1962 Bridgewater Bulletin The funeral service of Mr. Stannage Veinott, of Union Square, was held from the Baptist Church, Barss Corner, at 2 p.m. on May 11th. The service was conducted by Rev. W.G. Killam who spoke comforting words to the bereaved. Hymns sung were "The Old Rugged Cross," requested, and "In The Sweet By and By." Mr. Veinotte passed away after a lengthy illness at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Stanley Hubley. Born in Union Square 86 years and 11 months ago, Mr. Veinotte was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Isaiah Veinotte (the former Anna Rafuse). Surviving are his wife, Josephine (the former Josephine Veinotte), of Baker Settlement; one daughter, Myrtle (Mrs. Stanley Hubley), Union Square; and two sons, Clyde of Berwick and Moyle of Berwick; one brother, Bennett of Union Square; one son predeceased him and four brothers and two sisters predeceased him.
