Born at North River, he was a son of the late Albert and Ada (McNUTT) McNUTT. He was an adherent to North River United Church and a retired employee of Dom-Tar Ltd. He is survived by his wife, the former Betty TERRY; three daughters, Carlene (Mrs. Richard SANDESON), Lower Truro; Maxine (Mrs. Peter CITULSKY), Bible Hill; Debra, Truro; four sisters, Alice MATHESON, Brentwood; Gladys (Peggy) FAULKNER, Murrays Siding; Violet GIBSON, St. Thomas, Ont.; Hazel (Mrs. Paul McCLELLAND), Bible Hill; brother, Ralph, bible Hill; five granddaughters, Laura, Melizza, Jenna, Grista, Candace. He was predeceased by a sister, Elsie UPHAM; three brothers, Wilbert, Guy, Arnold. Funeral was held September 5 in Colchester Community Funeral Home, Truro, Rev. Daniel GUNN officiated. Burial took place in North River United Church Cemetery. Donations may be made to North River United Church Cemetery or Canadian Cancer Society.
