Enos Doran Oickle 1984 Bridgewater Bulletin Running Springs, California- Relatives and friends were saddened to hear of the death of Enos Doran Oickle, formerly of Upper Branch, on June 15, 1984, at the Loma Linda University Hospital, California, age 82 years and eight months. Born at Upper Branch, October 7, 1901, he was the son of the late Solomon and Della (Snyder) Oickle. Although in failing health the last few years, his death came as a shock to his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Tena; two sons, Vernon, British Columbia; Victor, Lower Northfield; three grandchildren, David and Debbie Oickle, British Columbia; Vickie, Mrs. Paul Wagner, New Canada; one great grandson, Danial; four brothers, Willie and Percy, New Germany; Lester and Glenwood, Upper Branch; two sisters, Laurena, Mrs. Brunswick Rodenhiser; Gladys, Mrs. Wallace Boivar, both of Upper Branch; also a number of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife, the former Elsie Oickle of Lower Northfield; one son, Doran Jr., of British Columbia; and one brother, Llewellyn of Portland, Oregon.
