Elreta Olive Woodworth 1984 Bridgewater Bulletin Elreta Olive Woodworth of Hemford, passed away peacefully at the home of her daughter, Gerelene Varner, on May 26, 1984, at the age of 83. Born at Hemford, she was the daughter of the late Archibald and Jennie (Feindel) Snyder. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, New Germany, and organist of the Lutheran Church at Hemford for 35 years. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother and a friend to all who knew her. She is survived by a daughter, Gerelene (Mrs. Ray Varner), New Germany; three sons, Kenneth, Yarmouth; Bruce, New Germany; and Buster, Wolfville; two sisters, Mrs. Irene Hatfield, St. Martin's, New Brunswick; and Mrs. Grace Arenburg, Kingston; three brothers, Milton, Hemford; Doran, Simpson's Corner; and Oran, New Germany; 24 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Oran S.; two daughters, Pauline and Norene; a son, Glen; three sisters, Doris, Dorothy, and Phyllis; four brothers, Ira, Obie, Richard, Carroll; and three grandchildren.
