OBIT # 5574 - HALIFAX HERALD - OCTOBER 1999 FRASER, Kathryn Bagnell - 66, died October 24, 1999, in Halifax. Born in Grace Maternity Hospital, Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Capt. Theodore W. and Florence (Pentelow) Bagnell. She lived most of her life in Halifax and was a teacher with the Halifax District School Board from 1970 - 1992. At the time of her death she was a member of St. Andrew's United Church, a sustaining member of the Junior League of Halifax and a member of the Genealogical Association of Nova Scotia. She is survived by her husband Paul M. Fraser, daughters, D Dawne Fraser, Halifax and Pamela Paton, Vancouver, B.C. She is also survived by grandsons, Christopher Paton and Jeffrey Paton. No services will be held at this time.
