    3. Mrs. Freeman Nauss 1932 Bridgewater Bulletin Published: May 3, 1932. The funeral of Mrs. Freeman Nauss, beloved wife of Freeman Nauss took place from St. Joseph's Church at 10 o'clock on Wednesday morning, following Requiem Mass said by the pastor, Rev. William A. Penny. St. Joseph's choir and the organist rendered suitable music for the occasion. A favourite hymn of the deceased,"Holy God, We Praise Thy Name" was sung by the choir. The funeral was largely attended. The pall bearers, being members of the Canadian Legion were: Chester Baker, Edward Walker, Stephen Conrad, and Arthur Rhodenizer. Bridgewater Bulletin April 26, 1932. The sad news of the death of Mrs. Freeman Nauss which took place at the D.M. Hospital on Sunday, was received with regret by many friends. She was before her marriage Miss Hazel Begin, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Begin of Mahone Bay and was 32 years of age. She leaves a husband and two sons, a brother, and three sisters to mourn their loss. The funeral will take place from the residence at 9:30 and St. Joseph's Church at 10 o'clock on Wednesday morning.
