OBIT # 5693 - EVENING NEWS - 5 NOVEMBER 1973 GEORGE BROOKS- Stellarton- Robert Cameron, Foord St., received word Sunday of the death of his uncle, George (Doddie) Brooks, St.Catherines, Ont. Mr. Brooks died there late Saturday night.He had been a resident of this town for many years prior to going to Ontario. Mr. Brooks had been an athlete of note in his younger years. Surviving are his wife, Ethel; three sons, Graham, Cyril, George Jr., all in Ontario.
