Hilda June Joudrey 1982 Halifax Chronicle Herald New Germany- Hilda June Joudrey, 38, died Saturday, at home. Born at Stanburne, she was a daughter of the late William Ford Joudrey and Opal Myrtle Carver. A member of St. John's in the Wilderness Anglican Church, she worked for Michelin Tire for six years. She is survived by her husband, Winston; a daughter, Cassie; two sons, Michael and Richard, both at home; nine sisters, Ruby (Mrs. Maurice Varner) and Joyce (Mrs. Kendall Oickle), both of Stanburne; Alma (Mrs. Phillip Daury), Springfield; Gladys (Mrs. Roderick Wentzell), New Germany; Doris (Mrs. Vernon Neily)Middleton; Estella (Mrs. Otic DeLong) and Alice (Mrs. Charles Durling), both of Barss Corner; Phyllis (Mrs. Mervyn Ritcey), Baker Settlement; Beulah (Mrs. Leigh Dauphinee), West Northfield; three brothers, Hudson, Bridgetown; Garnet, East Dalhousie; and Tracey, Lower Sackville. She was predeceased by two infant sisters and a brother, Oakley. The body is in Langille's Funeral Home, New Germany. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in St. John's in the Wilderness Church, Rev. Gordon Rigby officiating, with burial in the church cemetery.
