Mrs. Myra Whynacht 1956 Halifax Chronicle Herald Springfield- Mrs. Ernest Whynacht, the former Myra Kathleen McNayr, aged 61, died at the home of her elder daughter, Leila (Mrs. Renford Best), of Springfield, after a long period of failing health. A daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lambert McNayr, of Lake Pleasant, she is survived by her two daughters, Leila and Betty (Mrs. Clyde Stevens), of Saint John; and also by her husband. Also surviving are one brother,Clyde McNayr of Springfield, Mass.; and three sisters, Hope (Mrs. Dill), in Mass.; Ruth (Mrs. Robert Freeman), in New York; and Jean (Mrs. Cyril Wentzell), Halifax. During their married life, Mr. and Mrs. Whynacht have resided in Saint John and Liverpool. Funeral services were held in Springfield Baptist Church. Burial was in Springfield Cemetery.
