U NKNOWN PAPER - RONALD VERNON MACLANDERS March 6, 1960. Brule Corner - This community and surrounding districts were deeply saddened by the death on Sunday, March 6, of Ronald MacLANDERS youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl MacLANDERS of Brule at the early age of 17 years. Ronald had been sick less than four months part of which time he spent at the V.G. hospital in Halifax and part at Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital Tatamagouche where his death occurred. Having a sunny and cheerful disposition, Ronnie had been a favourite among his many friends. He was an ambitious student in Grade 11 at Tatamagouche Rural High. In his immediate family those left to mourn the loss of a beloved son and brother are his parents and two brothers, Dawson of Brule and Kenneth, a student at N.S. Technical College Halifax; his paternal Grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J. Arthur MacLANDERS of Brule, two little nieces and several Uncles and Aunts.
