Mrs. Ellen Lowe 1942 Bridgewater Bulletin The many friends and relatives of Mrs. Ellen Lowe of West Northfield were shocked to hear of her sudden death at her home on Monday, August 24th. The deceased,who was 86 years of age, was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Zinck. Her husband, John Lowe, predeceased her nine years ago. The funeral was held on Wednesday afternoon. Rev. James Dauphinee, pastor of the Lutheran Church, conducted the service. The funeral was largely attended and the floral offerings were very beautiful, showing the esteem in which the deceased was held. She leaves to mourn their loss, two daughters, (Mabel) Mrs. Everett Crouse, with whom she lived and (Ida) Mrs. Mailman of Springfield; one sister, Mrs. Martha Wentzell of Baker's Settlement; ten grand-children and a number of great-grandchildren.
