Randolph A. Mosher 2007 Halifax Chronicle Herald >From the collection of Charlene Veinotte Randolph A. "Randy" Mosher, 51, Mahone Bay, died July 4, 2007, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Bridgewater, he was a son of the late Randolph Wilfred and Jean (Russell) Mosher. Starting in 1983 and for the next 20 years, he and his wife, Ramzie, owned and operated R & R Kwik Way in Hemford. During that time, he had represented that area as a councillor for the Municipality of Lunenburg from 1988 to 1991. While living in Hemford, he was a member of the New Germany Lions Club and the Masonic Lodge, New Germany. In 2004, the store was closed and they moved to Mahone Bay. When able to, he enjoyed travelling. Randy was always willing to lend a helping hand and always took the time to talk and have a conversation on many and varied topics. He is survived by his wife, Ramzie (Ali); daughter, Samira Mosher, Western Shore; son, Arthur Mosher, Mahone Bay; grandson, Saide Mosher, Western Shore; sisters, Arleen and Shirley, Halifax; brother, Ed, Halifax. He was predeceased by an infant son, Ali Randy Mosher. No visiting by request. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, July 7, in Mahone Funeral Home, Mahone Bay, Rev. Bonnie Baird officiating. Burial will be in Western Shore Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society through Mahone Funeral Home.
