Born at Upper Branch, he was a son of the late Arlene Crouse. He is survived by his family, Darlene, Lewis, and grandson, Adam. Visitation 7-9 p.m. Monday, December 19, in Sweeny's Funeral Home, Bridgewater and where a memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 20, Rev. Willis Ott officiating.
