Born in Chester, she was a daughter of the late Orville T. and Caroline (Denton) Redden. She was a member of Chester United Baptist Church. She was dearly loved and will be missed by her family. Surviving are her daughter, Carol A., (Donald) Nauss, Chester; granddaughters, Allison (Jason) Haggerty, Halifax; Patricia (Thomas) Connors; grandson, Daniel, all of Chester; four great-grandchildren; two nieces. She was predeceased by her husband, Herman; son, Christopher. No visitation by request. Funeral service will be held 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Chester United Baptist Church, Rev. Dan Green officiating. Burial in Pinehill Cemetery. Family flowers only. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Chester United Baptist Church, Bonny Lea Farm or Shoreham Village Home for Special Care.
