Mildred Blanche Langille 2003 Halifax Chronicle Herald Published: Thursday, February 20, 2003. >From the collection of Gwen Christie Mildred Blanche Langille, 81, Lower River, died Wednesday, February 19, 2003, in Strait Richmond Hospital. Born on Tancook Island, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Lela Levy. She is survived by daughter, Gloria Hayes, Lower River; sons, Wanye, Cherry Hills; Douglas, Robert, both of Halifax; stepdaughter, Ora Wilson, Ontario; 18 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; brother, Nelson Levy, Lunenburg; sisters, Catherine, Moser, British Columbia; Margaret Jollymore, Lunenburg; Olive, Sydney River. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter; son, Walter; brothers, Elmer and Walter; stepson, Don Langille. Resting in Green's Funeral Home, Port Hawkesbury, today from 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Funeral service is scheduled for Saturday at 10 a.m. in Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Port Hawkesbury, Rev. Michael Conrad officiating. Interment at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Green's Funeral Home, Port Hawkesbury.
