UNKNOWN PAPER - MRS. COLIN C. SUTHERLAND 1946. Tatamagouche Mountain, April 25 - There passed away to her eternal rest on March 30 at Colchester County hospital, Truro, Mrs. Colin C. SUTHERLAND beloved wife of L. Cpl. C.C. SUTHERLAND, who is now serving overseas. Mrs. SUTHERLAND had resided in Tatamagouche for the past few years and leaves to mourn the loss of a loving mother, two children Terence and Colleen. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H.H. MacNUTT of Tatamagouche Mountain and had four brothers, Earl, George, Will and Alonzo (now deceased) and one sister Mrs. Lloyd BLAIR of Hamilton, Ont. Her many friends mourn the loss of a bright and happy young woman who will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The funeral service was conducted at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H.H. MacNUTT by the Rev. J.C. LEADBEATER and the Tatamagouche Mountain choir led in the singing of "Sweetly Resting" and "Peace, Perfect Peace," and "Give to the Winds Thy Fears." Interment was made at the Tatamagouche Mountain Cemetery. Pallbearers were, George SUTHERLAND, Don SUTHERLAND, Ray and Sterling MacNUTT, Randall and Win COCK. The floral tributes were many and beautiful. Many beautiful letters and cards were received by the family.
