Kathleen Louise Knickle 2000 Halifax Chronicle Herald Published: Monday, February 28, 2000. >From the collection of Gwen Christie Kathleen Louise Knickle, 82, 89 Knickle Road, Lunenburg, died Friday, February 25, 2000, in Fishermen's Memorial Hospital, Lunenburg. Born in Bridgewater, she was a daughter of the late George Robert and Effie Grace (Wentzell) Naugler. In her younger years, she worked at the Stedman's Store in Bridgewater. She was a member of St. John's Anglican Church, Lunenburg where she taught Sunday School and was a member of the Chancel and Ladies Guild and a Girl Guide leader. She was a 50-year member of Alexandra Rebekah Lodge 22, Lunenburg. She is survived by son, Richard and his wife Davilyn, Lunenburg; sister, Helen Feindel, Bridgewater and grandson, Jimmy, Lunenburg. She was predeceased by her husband, Douglas Rayburn and brothers, Fenwick and Robert Naugler. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, Lunenburg, with visitation this evening from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday from St. John's Anglican Church, Lunenburg, Rev. Irving Letto officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Ceemtery, Lunenburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. John's Anglican Church, Lunenburg Fire Department or to any charity.
