Doyle Young 1988 Bridgewater Bulletin Doyle Young, 85, Branch LaHave, passed away suddenly at home on April 10, 1988. Though of quiet nature, he will be missed by his family and friends. He was born at Branch LaHave, son of the late William and Alice (Wentzell) Young, and lived all his life in that community. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Hattie Conrad; a sister, Vera (Mrs. Lowell Rhodenizer); and a niece, Ruth (Mrs. Murray Veinot). He is survived by one son, Gary and twin granddaughters, Tracie and Michelle, Dayspring. Funeral service was held in St. James Lutheran Church, Branch LaHave on Tuesday, April 12, 1988, officiated by Rev. W. Gustafson. Hymns sung were "How Great Thou Art" and "Thine is the Glory." Burial was in Hillside Cemetery, Branch LaHave. Organist was Sylvia Dorey. Pallbearers were Arthur Young, Herman Wentzell, Basil Arenburg, Donald Weldon, Byron Mailman, and Junior Bolivar.
