Lorena I. Crossland 1986 Halifax Chronicle Herald Handwritten date: May 15, 1986. Lorena Isobel Crossland, 90, of East Dalhousie, died Wednesday in Western Kings Memorial Hospital, Berwick. Born in East Dalhousie, she was a daughter of the late Amos and Amelia (Wentzell) Veinotte. She is survived by three daughters, Guida (Mrs. Dwayne Veinotte), Wilmot; Margaret Gaul and Charlotte Pare, both of East Dalhousie; five sons, Errol, Marcus, and Ivan, all of East Dalhousie; Edwin, Waterville; Arthur, Lake Paul; two sisters, Alice, The Forties; Charlotte, Halifax; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Stanley; a daughter, Isobel; two sisters, Delilah and Elizabeth; two brothers, Kenneth and Harold; a grandchild. The body is in Langille's Funeral Home, New Germany. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Cyprian's Anglican Church, East Dalhousie, Rev. Gordon Neish offficiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Donations may be made to St. Cyprian's Church.
