Ruby Zina Wentzell 1992 Halifax Chronicle Herald Ruby Zina Wentzell, 84, Hillside Pines Nursing Home, Bridgewater, formerly of Maplewood, died November 29, 1992, inthe home. Born at Forties Settlement, she was a daughter of the late Nathan and Agnes (Bezanson) Hiltz. She was an honourary member of the Women's Institute and had been a member of Rebekah Lodge, Parkdale-Maplewood for 32 years. She is survived by three daughters, Louise (Mrs. Carl Dalrymple), Middle Sackville; Joyce (Mrs. Gerald Seamone), Pinehurst; Glenda, Bridgewater; two sons, Merrill, Bridgewater; Calvin, Maplewood; four sisters, Mida Fredericks, Berwick; Vida, Vivian Somers, both of Kentville; Alice Brydon, Spryfield; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Murray; four sisters, Olive, Flossie, Erva, Ruth in infancy; three brothers, Lowell, Aubrey, Harmon in infancy. The body is in Langille's Funeral Home, New Germany. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Parkdale-Maplewood Emmanuel Baptist Church, Parkdale, Rev. Karl Uhrstrom and Rev. Miriam Uhrstrom officiating. Burial will be in Parkdale-Maplewood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parkdale-Maplewood Emmanuel Baptist Church or Hillside Pines Nursing Home.
