Chronicle Herald - Friday, 03 January 1992 - Page C11 - Bruce, Frank William - 60, Meadowvale, died Wednesday as the result of a snowmobile accident in East Dalhousie. Born in West Torbrook, he was the son of the late Frank and Beatrice (Ritchie) Bruce. He retired from the Canadian Armed Forces (army) after 23 years service. He was an avid woodsman, hunter and snowmobiler. He is survived by his wife the former Rosalie Banks; four daughters, Agnes (Mrs. Terry Cooke), Katherine (Mrs. Henry Vos), both of Brantford, Ont.; Janice (Mrs. Paul Melanson), Halifax; Karen (Mrs. Peter Jennings), Moose Jaw, Sask.; a son, Frank, Maple, Ont.; four sisters, Mrs. Anne Taylor, Lake Cowichan, B.C.; Ms. Eileen Bruce, Terrace, B.C,; Mrs. Lorriane Hannam, Wilmot; Miss Joyce Bruce, Covina, California; a brother, John, Meadowvale; four grandchildren. The body is in Warren T. Roop Funeral Home, Middleton, visiting 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Friday, where memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Rev. Neil Armstrong officiating.
