Carrie Louise Oickle 2009 Halifax Chronicle Herald >From the collection of Charlene Veinotte Carrie Louise Oickle, 76, of Bridgewater, passed away peacefully February 16, 2009, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Middlewood, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Beatrice (Slauenwhite) Whynot. Surviving are her children, Clarence, Linda Oickle (Barry), Elaine Beck (Eugene), Richard (Marion); brothers, Norman (Hazel), John, Paul (Shirley), Stanley and Carl; sister, Sandra Johnson (Arnold); 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Charlie; brothers, Donald in infancy, James and Lawrence; sister, Maria. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Funeral service will take place 2 p.m. Wednesday in Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, Cookville, Brother Ron Miller officiating. Burial in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater. Immediate family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the family or Canadian Cancer Society.
