OBIT # 8170 - EVENING NEWS - 19 JAN 1972 Middle River- Raymond Webber, died in the Aberdeen Hospital Tuesday morning following a lengthy illness. Born in Burntcoat, Hants County in 1905, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Webber. Mr. Webber was an adherent of St. Paul United Church, Westville, and was a resident of Middle River for the past 25 years. He had operated his own sawmill in different areas of the county. Surviving are a son, Raymond Russell, Union Centre; two daughters, Isabel (Mrs. John Copan), Stellarton; Sharon (Mrs. Wayne MacDougall), Coalburn; and several grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers: Frank and Maynard, both of Burntcoat, Hants County. The remains are resting at the Eagles Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held on Thursday at 2:30 p.m..
