Kathleen Olivia Oickle 2012 Halifax Chronicle Herald Kathleen Olivia Oickle, 90, Upper Branch, passed away December 17, 2012, in her daughter's home at Upper Branch. Born April 1, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Dennis and Minnie (Crouse) Beck. Surviving are her daughters, Madelene Gaetz and Joan Silver (Frank), both of Upper Branch; grandson, Sheldon Gaetz (Shanda); great-grandchildren, Kian and Noah Gaetz, all of Vancouver; nieces, Susie, Sharon, and Jean; nephews, Wendell, Randall, and Melvin. She was predeceased by her husband, Glenwood; grandson, Timothy Gaetz; brothers, Ernest and Willis. Visitation 7-9 p.m. today, Wednesday; funeral service 2 p.m. Thursday, both in R.A. Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville. Interment in Lone Pine Cemetery, Upper Branch. Flowers will be accepted. Memorial donations may be made to Lone Pine Cemetery, Upper Branch.
