Born in New Germany, she was a daughter of the late Alvin and Nobie (Carver) Carver. Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Grace Leopold, Windsor; Shirley ( Mrs. Wilbert Barkhouse), Delhaven; Paulette (Mrs. Jack Hersey), New Minas; Mrs. Marjorie Saulnier, Kentville; sons, Donald Rhoddy, Toronto; Ronald Croft, Delhaven; stepsons, Malcolm and Ivan Croft, Delhaven; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her first husband, Henderson Rhoddy; her second husband, Stephen Rhodenizer; her third husband, Lawson Croft; daughter, Pauline; sisters, Evelyn, Pearl, Ada, Lydia, Myrtle; brother, Eldon; half-brother, Harvey. Funeral 2 p.m. Monday in Pereaux Baptist Church, Rev. Dr. Mark Parent and Rev. Dr. M.R. Cherry officiating. Burial in Pereaux Cemetery. Donations to Evergreen Home for Special Care.
