He is survived by his wife, the former Madeline Munroe; a daughter, Janet (Mrs. Harvey Walters), Kingston; a foster-daughter, Peggy (Mrs. George Hamlin), New Ross; a son, David, Kentville; two sisters, Elsie (Mrs. Harry Eisan), Boston; Geraldine (Mrs. Charles Brown), Kentville; a brother, Lindsay, Lakeville; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by two brothers, Wylie, Richard. The body is in Warren T. Roop Funeral Home, Middleton. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Tremont United Baptist Church, Rev.
