Jacomina Jennings 2006 Halifax Chronicle Herald Published: Saturday, August 12, 2006. >From the collection of Gwen Christie Jacomina "Jackie" Jennings, 84, Liverpool, passed away peacefully in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool, on August 10, 2006. Born in Ugglen, Holland, she was a daughter of he late Jan and Nellie (Zydar) Bronkhorst. She loved knitting and crocheting and spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughter, Jackie (Wayne) Oickle, Liverpool; grandchildren, Dwayne, Jason, and Jacomina; great-grandson, Ryan; sisters, Betty and Jennie, both of Holland. She was predeceased by her husband, Herman; son, Craig; and brother, Leender. Visitation will be Sunday, August 13, from 7-9 p.m. in Chandlers' Funeral Chapel, Liverpool. Funeral service will be held Monday, August 14, at 11 a.m. in Trinity Anglican Church, Liverpool, Rev. Robert Coote officiating. Burial will be in Trinity Anglican Cemetery, Bog Road, Liverpool. Family flowers only. Donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or to any charity.
