Daniel Feindel Funeral services for Mr. Daniel Feindel of Berlin, New Hampshire and Bradenton, Florida, were held in Ellsworth, Maine, on October 10. Mr. Feindel passed away in Bradenton on October 7. He was born in New Germany, Nova Scotia on November 11, 1882. He was the last member of the family of twelve children of Joel and Adelaide (Knox) Feindel. He was mayor of Berlin, New Hampshire in 1934 and a retired employee of the Brown Company in Berlin. Relatives attending the funeral were: a son, Howard W. Feindel, El Paso, Texas; a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Margaret) Towers and husband, LaGrange Park, Illinois; a niece, Miss Helen Varner, Bethel, Maine; another niece, Mrs. Harland Littlefield, Auburn, Maine; and a grandniece, Mrs. Richard Merrill, Augusta, Maine. Others who survive are several grndchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was buried in Woodbine Cemetery in Ellsworth, Maine beside his wife, Mrs. Effie (Walker) Feindel who died in 1941. A brother, Sanford Feindel, passed away in Sidney, British Columbia in June.
