    3. UNKNOWN PAPER - MABEL COCK 1951. Central New Annan, March 20 - The death occurred at the Fraser Memorial Outpost Hospital, Tatamagouche, on Wednesday afternoon, March 14, of Mrs. Mabel COCK widow of the late C.J. COCK in her 68 year. Although she had not been enjoying good health for some time, her condition was not serious until about two weeks before her death, when she suffered an attack of Influenza congestion of the lungs and paralytic strokes. She was a woman of quiet disposition, whose efforts were untiring in doing good for others. A good neighbour and mother she will be greatly missed by all. She was a member of the United Church, United W.M.S. and Red Cross. The funeral service was held from the Central New Annan Church on Friday March 16 at 2 p.m. Rev R.E. WAGNER officiating. Hymns sung were "The Hands of Time are Sinking", "The Golden Key" and "Good Night and Good Morning." In her immediate family there are left to mourn their loss one daughter (Dorothy) Mrs. Harold TUCKER; five sons, Arnold and Bill of Great Village, Randall who is working in Stewiacke; Dan in Central New Annan; and James in Ontario, who was unable to be present at the funeral. She also leaves one sister Mrs. Adella AITCHESON, Malagash, and one brother Calvin MacNUTT, North River. Her husband passed away a few years ago, and several brothers and sisters predeceased her. She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William MacNUTT of Tatamagouche Mountain. Pallbearers were all nephews of the deceased, Aubrey WILSON, James AITCHESON, Keith COCK, Stirling MacNUTT, David DELL and Carl BELL. Floral tributes were many and beautiful testifying to the esteem in which she was held by friends and family. Interment was in Conkey's Cemetery Tatamagouche Mountain.
