Ruth Jayne Horton 2005 Halifax Chronicle Herald Published: Tuesday, May 10, 2005. >From the collection of Gwen Christie Ruth Jayne Horton, 81, Yarmouth passed away in Roseway Manor, Shelburne, on May 8, 2005. Born in Tusket Falls, she was a daughter of the late Carl Clifton and Hanna (Allen) Raynard. She is survived by her husband, Earl Horton; daughters, Phyllis (Jayne) Graves, Florida; Kathy (Donald) Ogden, Tusket Falls; two grandsons; two great-granddaughters; sister, Phyllis (Bill) McLauchlin, Ottawa. She was predeceased by her first husband, Malcolm Jayne; sons, Daniel, Michael; brothers, Edward, Ralph,Earl, Allen, Corning; sister, Alva. Cremation has taken place under the direction of H.M. Huskilson's Funeral Home, Yarmouth. No visitation or flowers by request. Donations may be made to the Yarmouth SPCA or a charity of choice. Interment will take place at a later date.
