Loretta Emily Demone 2003 Halifax Chronicle Herald Loretta Emily Demone, 69, North River, formerly of Ontario, passed away Monday, September 22, 2003, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in North River, she was a daughter of the late Lorne and Celetes "Lee" (Eagles) Robar. Prior to her retirement she was an employee of Northern Telecom, Ontario and member of the Northern Telecom Pioneers Club. Surviving are her husband, James Demone; daughter, Arlette (Robert) Ryder, St. Thomas, Ontario; brother, Melvin (Sharon) Robar, North River; grandchildren, Stephen, Robert Jr., Michael, and Trevor, all of Ontario; great-granddaughter, Olivia; step great-grandson, Seth; many nieces and nephews. No visitation in the funeral home by request. A private family service will be held with interment at a later date. Donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
