Frank Robinson Weagle 2007 Halifax ChronicleHerald >From the collection of Charlene Veinotte Frank Robinson Weagle, 79, Bridgewater, passed away Saturday, April 14, 2007, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Danesville, he ws a son of the late John and Laura (Whynot) Weagle. In his earlier years, Frank worked in the woods and then worked for many years with Acadia Construction until his retirement. He was the laast surviving member of his immediate family. Frank is survived by wife, Marguerite; daughters, Rose (Carson Robar), Northfield; Peggy (Ray Rivard), Waterford, Ontario; Isabel Weagle, Danesville; son, John (Cathy) Weagle, Bridgewater; stepdaughters, Marilyn Hynick, Blue Rocks; Julie (Douglas) Tanner, Garden Lots; Nancy (Kenny) Knickle, Silver Point Road; stepsons, Jessen (Elaine) Langille, Hebb's Road; Lawrence (Carol Jane) Langille, Blue Rocks; John Langille, Wilkie Cove Road; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren;- 17 stepgrandchildren; and eight step great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife, Mary; infant daughter, Nora; six brothers and six sisters. Friends are invited to share their memories of Frank during visitation in Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, Lunenburg, Tuesday from 7-9 p.m., where a service to celebrate Frank's life will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m., Rev. Ivan Norton officiating. Interment will be in Upper Blue Rocks Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Victorian Order of Nurses, Lunenburg County, South Shore Palliative Care or a charity of your choice.
