Virginia Evangeline Baker 2007 Halifax Chronicle Herald >From the collection of Charlene Veinotte Virginia Evangeline Baker, 64, Pleasantville, passed away peacefully February 23, 2007, at home in Pleasantville. Born in Liverool on May 6, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Genevieve (Wamboldt) and Laurie Dagley. Virginia had a great love for many things but mostly her family, animals, flowers, music, and camping. She is survived by her husband, Philip Fraser; daughters, Lucy Hull, West Northfield; Tina (Michael) Parrott, Newfoundland; Shirley Baker, Bridgewater; sister, Loretta (Gerald) Robar, Chelsea; brothers, Pearly (Susanne)Dagley, Windsor; Charles (Gene) Dagley, Windsor; Willard (Donna) Dagley, West Dublin; grandchildren, Alicia, Mallory, Joseph, Mary Ann, and Josh; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Ernam Baker in 1988. Visitation will be held today from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in Sweeny's Funeral Home, Bridgewater, where the funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Rev. Ivan Norton officiating. Burial will follow in Peaceful Hill Cemetery, Mount Pleasant. Flowers accepted.
