Ross Raymond Veinot 2007 Halifax Chronicle Herald Ross Raymond Veinot, 78, Barss Corner, passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2007, in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool. Born in Upper Northfield, he was a son of the late Willis and Anna (Bruhm) Veinot. Surviving are his companion of 59 years, Jean Eisnor, Barss Corner; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sisters, Evelyn Penney, Lorna in infancy. There will be no visitation at the funeral home by request. A celebration of life service will be 2 p.m. Friday in Sweeny's Funeral Home, New Germany, Rev. Nancy Price officiating. Private interment in Indian Brook Cemetery, Watford. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Canadian Diabetes Society or charity of choice.
