William St.Clair Lowe 2013 Halifax Chronicle Herald William St.Clair Lowe, 93, East Dalhousie, passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2013, in Ryan Hall, Bridgewater, where he had been residing. Born in East Dalhousie, he was a son of the late Wallace and Delia (Lohnes) Lowe. Surviving are his daughters, Helen Rhyno, Audrey Lowe, Lillian Oickle, Thelma Oickle, Shirley Lowe; sons, Douglas and Russell; brothers, Albert, Basil, Earl; sister, Viola Joudrey. He was predeceased by his wife, Florence Viola (Robar) Lowe; sons, Wilfred and Glen; brother, Garnet and sister, Florence. By personal request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Private family interment will take place at a later date. Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia. Arrangements entrusted to Sweeny's Funeral Home, New Germany.
