Born in Sandy Point, he was a son of Frank Symonds, Clyde and the late Betty (Atkinson) Symonds. He was a member ofthe Queen of Hearts Dory Club. He loved to hunt and work out in the gym and was an avid race and wrestling fan. Besides his father, he is survived by his wife, Cindy (Symonds); daughters, Heaven Dawn, Tori Brooke, North East Point; brothers, Garvin (Beverly), Newellton; Darrell (Jackie), Sackville; Mark (Natalie), Clark's Harbour; Terry (Valerie), Campbell River, British Columbia; Manuel (Valerie), Bear Point; sisters, Mandy (Leigh) Goodwin, Clark's Harbour; Andrea (Keith) Van Tassel, Stoney Island; Judith Symonds, New Bedford, Massachusetts. Visitation will be 3:30-5, 7-9 p.m. today in H. Huskilson's Funeral Home, Barrington. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday in H. Huskilson's Memorial Chapel, Barrington, Rev. Shaun Hatfield and Rev. Brian Barron officiating. Burial will be in Centreville Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to a trust fund for the family at the Royal Bank.
