Kentville, May 14 Albert Victor England, 64, well known Port William's resident , passed away at Blanchard Fraser Memorial Hospital this afternoon following eight days illness. A prominent farmer for many years. Mr. England had been in charge of a grader for the Provincial Department of Highways since 1939. Born in Newfoundland, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph England. He came to Nova Scotia as a young boy. Surviving are his wife, the former Miss M. Brown, Kentville two children, Harry, Port William's; and Mrs. Clarence Levy, Church Street; three brothers, Edward, Port William's; James, Brooklyn Street, and Samuel, Morden; and one sister, Mrs. Clarence Levy, Church Street. Funeral service to be conducted by Rev. E.B.N. Cochrane, rector of St. John's Church, will be held frrom his late residence at 1:15 Sunday afternoon. - - Friday, June 16, 1967 The Halifax Mail-Star Mrs William A. Zwicker, 81, Gold River, died yesterday. Born in Marriotts Cove, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Brown. Surviving are her husband, William Angus Zwicker; one son, Harry of Port Williams; a daughter, Mildred (Mrs C.E. Levy), Gold River; and four sisters, Mrs Lydia Edwards, Halifax; Mrs Hattie Church, Tantallon; Addie (Mrs W.B. Armsworthy), Kentville and Jeanette of the United States. The body is at the Davis Funeral Home in Chester. Funeral service will take place at 2.30 p.m. Saturday from St Mary's Anglican Church, Gold River. Interment will be in Western Shore Cemetery. Monday, August 26, 1968 Mail-Star William Angus Zwicker, 85, of Gold River, will be buried in the Anglican cemetery, Western Shore today following funeral service at 2 p.m. at St Mary's Anglican Church, Gold River, Rev. Vernon Cluett officating. Born at Gold River, he was a son of the late Mr and Mrs Benjamin Zwicker. Surviving are his wife, Gladys; a son, Carl, Halifax; two daughters, Ellen, Mahone Bay; Mrs Elsie Fitzpatrick, Halifax; two step-sons, Lawrence, Gold River, Murray, Lakeside; a sister, Mrs Janet Demont, Gold River. A number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. - Wednesday, February 24, 1959 Halifax Chronicle-Herald WESTERN SHORE - The funeral of Mrs. W. A. Zwicker (Hanna Frank), 84, was held at Western Shore, Lunenburg County, Sunday. Born in Upper New Cornwall, Mrs. Zwicker lived most of her life in Gold River. She died in Robertson's Corner following a short illness. Surviving besides her husband, are daughter, Lela (Mrs Fred Robar), Chester Grant; sons, Murray of Lakeside and Lorin at home; step-children, Elsie (Mrs John Fitzpatrick), Halifax; Ellen of Waterloo, Lunenburg County; John of Gold River; brother Fred of Upper New Cornwall. Burial was in Western Shore Cemetery
