Born in Yarmouth, he was a son of Franklyn and Carol Susan (McRae) Amon. He attended Yarmouth Memorial High School. He loved to play guitar and was a lover of music. He was a creative artist and writer, and was an employee of Registor.Com. Besides his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Margaret Star and Jim McRae; paternal grandmother, Stella Amon; brothers, Jason (Daphne), Barrington; Jeremy (Denise), Yarmouth; Michael (Rebecca), Sydney, Australia; Philip, at home; sister, Jennah, at home. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Philip Amon. The body is resting in Sweeny's Funeral Home, Yarmouth with visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today. Funeral service will be 3 p.m. Tuesday in Sweeny's Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow in Yarmouth Mountain Cemetery. Donations in memory may be made to a charity of choice.
